GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE OF CONVERSION HUNT (hereinafter “Conversion Hunt”)

Conversion Hunt requires all visitors to the Conversion Hunt site to observe the following terms of use. By accessing this site and each of its pages, you declare that you have read and understood the general terms and acknowledge and accept the terms of use mentioned below, without limitation or reservation. Conversion Hunt may revise these terms of use at any time by updating this page, which revisions will apply to all visitors to the site. You should visit this page from time to time to review the terms of use. For these terms of use, references to Conversion Hunt include its affiliates, directors, and employees.

DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions apply throughout the Agreement.

  • “Agreement” refers to this document and may be used interchangeably with “general terms” or “general terms of use”.
  • “Conversion Hunt,” “we,” “our,” “us” refer to Conversion Hunt and its parent company, any direct or indirect current or future subsidiaries of its parent company, another Conversion Hunt entity, any direct or indirect, existing or future subsidiary of Conversion Hunt, or one of its current or future affiliated companies.
  • “You,” “your,” and “yours” refer to each visitor to the Conversion Hunt Site, each authorized person (as defined below) with an interest in a Conversion Hunt account, and each person signing the application or any other enforceable document concerning this account.
  • “Authorized Person” means any person with an interest in a particular Conversion Hunt account or authorized to conduct transactions in that account.
  • “Conversion Hunt Site” refers to any website owned or operated by Conversion Hunt.
  • “Computer” refers to your computer, computer system, mobile device, or any other means allowing you to access a Conversion Hunt site, as well as any related hardware and software.
  • “Online Services” refers to the online platform through which you use the services and products of Conversion Hunt, including, but not limited to:
    • Submitting an application;
    • Checking the balance of an account and related details;
    • Obtaining certain information concerning transactions on your accounts;
    • Downloading transaction records;
    • Updating your address;
    • Viewing electronic statements;
    • Setting up the schedule of preauthorized payments.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

The “Service or Services” encompass the information, documents, content, communications, features, products, services, Online Services, transactions, and transaction terms that are available, offered, produced, obtained, or otherwise provided or used (as applicable) on or through the Conversion Hunt Site.

These Services are governed by, and their use is restricted by, the terms set forth herein and in any other agreement applicable to you. The Services are deemed to contain the sections of the site and the software used to utilize the Services. Subject to these terms, you may use the Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for updating or securing the Services, or for any other reason, as specified herein.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new feature that enhances or augments one or more existing Services or any new Service launched by Conversion Hunt will be subject to these terms of use.

The fees necessary for the use of the Services, i.e., Internet connection fees or fees for systems accessing content provided on the Internet, are your sole responsibility. Moreover, it is your responsibility to provide all necessary equipment to ensure this connection.

USER ACCOUNT AND USE OF ACCOUNT

During your registration to access the Online Services, you must choose a user code, email address, and password that will allow you to access the Online Services (hereinafter “User Account”):

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user code, email address, and password and for all actions that may be made under identification and/or with your password;
  • It is your responsibility to immediately inform Conversion Hunt of any unauthorized use of your User Account, username, email address, and/or your password and/or any breach of security and to take all measures within your reach to ensure optimal security conditions when using the Service;
  • Conversion Hunt cannot at any time be directly or indirectly held responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your failure to comply with one of the aforementioned obligations.

USE OF CONTENT

All information, data, texts, software, music, sounds, photographs, images, videos, messages, or any other material included in the products or Services (hereinafter collectively named “Content”) may not be reproduced by any means whatsoever.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, rent, lend, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based, in whole or part, on the Content, the Service, or the Software and Applications;
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code (except as permitted by law);
  • Use the Content or Software and Applications for unauthorized access to the Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and all software and applications used in connection with the Service may contain confidential information, which is protected by intellectual property law. The Content included in the Conversion Hunt Site is protected under copyright and trademark laws and remains the property of Conversion Hunt or its licensors.

WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Conversion Hunt does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from error;
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate and reliable;
  • The quality of any product or service obtained will meet your expectations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to applicable regulation, Conversion Hunt cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to data losses, even if Conversion Hunt has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The security of your Personal Information is very important to Conversion Hunt. We have security measures in place to ensure confidentiality. You can consult our privacy policy to learn how we manage and use your data.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Conversion Hunt reserves the right to modify or temporarily/permanently interrupt all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

TERMINATION

Conversion Hunt may terminate, at its sole discretion, your right of access to your User Account and password, and delete your User Account without prior notice.

APPLICABLE LAWS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Québec. Any dispute must be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the agreement between Conversion Hunt and you concerning the use of the Conversion Hunt Site and supersedes any prior agreements.

For additional terms, rules, and conditions specific to certain services, a separate agreement may apply. In the event of conflict, the separate agreement shall prevail.
